Property code: OC-77958

This wonderful property, situated less than half a mile’s walk from Sutton-on-Sea beach, is ideal for families or groups of friends – including up to two furry family members! Sleeping eight across four bedrooms that can all be made up as twins or super king-size beds, this property gives you an opportunity to relax and unwind with plenty of space and all the home comforts. A games room in the garden with a snooker table keeps you busy on rainy days, while the 3.7-mile Sutton-on-Sea to Mablethorpe walk is a delightful stroll to take with the whole family when the sun’s out.

The detached house, which has an interesting porch with a glass ceiling, is spacious and comfortable. The huge kitchen/diner is fresh and bright, with a sleek contemporary style and patio doors looking out to the garden. You’ve got two lounges to choose from, meaning your pups can laze by the open fire while you snuggle up in the second lounge with a good book or your favourite show on TV. Upstairs, the bedrooms make for a tranquil night’s sleep; wake up among calming pastel colours and head down to the garden for breakfast while the hounds stretch their legs on the lawn.

When you’ve experienced the local beach, go for walkies on one of the many others in the area; outside of summer the quiet Anderby Beach (5.5 miles) is perfect for digging, while Ingoldmells South Beach (12 miles) welcomes your canine companion all year. Children will love meeting the animals at Hardy’s Animal Farm (11.5 miles), where there are kennels for the dogs, or head to Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary (4.5 miles). It would be rude not to visit infamous Skegness (15 miles), whether you take a ride on Europe’s biggest classic Ferris wheel or simply enjoy an ice cream by the sea.

  • 4 bedrooms - 4 super-king-size zip-and-links (which can be made into twins upon request - Please advise the bed make up at the time of booking)
  • 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WC's
  • 2 electric ovens and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
  • Utility room with washing machine
  • Games room with snooker table
  • Open fire (first basket of logs provided)
  • Pub shop and beach within walking distance
  • Dogs are not permitted upstairs
  • Off road parking for 1 car, plenty on road parking available
  • Arrival: 16:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00
  • 2 dogs allowed. Additional charges may apply

We had a great family holiday based in this roomy house. The property is in a very quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from the beach, which was ideal.

This property is in a lovely position five minutes from the beach and town centre. It has a nice feel about it but has sadly been neglected over the years. It has a fairly new kitchen but it is equipped with low budget appliances that do not work properly. The ovens let a large amount of condensation out of the bottom of it dripping onto the cupboRead moreards beneath and the floor. The washing machine is old and with only a small load capacity, there is no tumble dryer or outside drying provision. The beds, pillows, quilts, bedlinen, towels, shower and televisions all need replacing. They are all old and worn out. The fridge freezer has a very small capacity, no where near enough for eight people. You have to park on the road as the drive has a large industrial size bin on it (my car was hit by another vehicle when staying there). No emergency numbers or information pack. The TVs were not working, electric sockets overloaded and electric dated. Hide

A lovely, spacious family home in a fantastic location and well equipped with everything you need. We were a large family party with children aged 0 to 13 and they all loved the place. Plenty of space in the house for relaxing and a super garden, with a 5 min walk to the town, paddling pool and beach.

A lovely house in a quiet street near shops and beach in a pleasant resort. The snooker room was much used - a great asset. A few minor problems like overfull rubbish bins outside.

Lovely, old, spacious house as shown on websites showing small signs of aging but has great character. For large groups it's great. Well equipped and comfortable. Such a large garden great for dogs and children. And full size snooker table much enjoyed. Short walk to both high street and and a lovely beach , beach dog friendly, a plus.
