Lovely airy house, with beautiful view out to the sea and a nice garden for dogs and for outside dining. Nicely stocked and equipped. We came as a group of 7 friends and had a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately this house, was very disappointing. The cleanliness throughout the house, was very poor. The house is in urgent need of a deep clean and a full maintenance check to bring this back up to standard.

A clean and generally comfortable house for a short break, but some aspects of layout and facilities may annoy over a longer stay. We were 4 retired couples staying across New Year for a short break. Property is probably more suited to 1/2 families with teenagers/younger children.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my 70th birthday with our family. The beach has happy memories for us and we loved our walks on the sand. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your beautiful beach house, if only for a week.

Excellent accommodation that suited four mature couples . Train buff very happy to be able to watch trains as they went by the bottom of the garden. Beach over the road superb and had lovely walks. Would suggest a car is most definitely required to explore the area .

We have stayed at Number 98 three years running. Our grandsons love it, and so do all the adults. I'm not sure why, but we often have the whole sandy beach to ourselves so have no worries about losing sight of the children. It's so easy too to pop back for lunch without having to prepare a picnic. On cooler days we enjoy going on the Romney, Hythe Read moreand Dymchurch railway, and the children enjoy visiting the RSPB reserve. The Pilot Inn is spacious and welcoming with excellent food. Hide
