Our 4th stay at the cottage was a treat as ever. We appreciate the peaceful beach location where the sound of waves on shingle is a constant. Well equipped and charming, stylish property.

This is our favourite place, calm, peaceful and with beautiful views. We love the sea view and the tearfulness of the back garden. The cottage is very spacious, the conservatory can still be a little hot in the night temperatures, but the other rooms are very airy. Our favourite retreat.

Our third visit to the cottage and sorry to say the cleanliness was an issue. While clean on the surface we had to pick up loads of old Dog Pooh from the garden when we got there. We have a dog ourselves so there is no excuse for others leaving it in a state. Also when we spilt some water upstairs and mopped it up the floor was filthy not had a wasRead moreh in a while. Old coast guard cottage on Pett Level beach was a perfect place to spend a week to get away from it all x to think to walk and to just be. A regular visit for us as the coast line from the back garden is always breath taking. The privacy of the back garden allows you to enjoy the peacefulness without being looked over. Its a great place to switch off or enjoy the walks of the local area.
