Enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer with your favourite people – this property sleeps four plus one canine chum. In a location overlooking the South Downs National Park, put on your walking boots to roam gentle rolling hills and marvel at breath-taking views from iconic white cliffs. Kids and pups will love splashing along the stone and shingle beach a mere half mile from your door, before returning to the warm welcome of this cosy house to discard buckets and spades and dry damp fur. Settle on the inviting sofas and relax with a good book, as your pup curls up at your feet in front of the crackling woodburner.

Spacious and comfortable, white walls and simple furnishings give a contemporary feel to this coastal property. In the lounge, inviting sofas beckon you to sink back and enjoy your favourite show on Netflix, with your canine curled up by your feet in front of the wood burner. The kitchen/diner is compact and sleek, and the bedrooms are light and serene, with splashes of colour. Wake to take in the morning with a coffee in the little sunroom, followed by an al fresco breakfast in the fully enclosed terraced garden. At the end of the day, fire up the BBQ and catch the last of the evening sun.

The famous Seven Sisters Country Park and Birling Gap (7 miles) is one of the longest stretches of undeveloped coastline on the south coast, where you can splash through rockpools below towering cliffs of chalk all with unspoilt views of the sea. Keen walkers and cyclists can explore the many trails of the South Downs, while urbanites can visit Eastbourne (10 mile) for a wide range of shops and eateries. Children will love nearby Drusillas Park (6.5 miles) for the soft-play area, large slides, and zoo animals.

Ideally, I would have liked to see a dishwasher but we knew at the time of booking that there wa not one so this is a comment not a criticism. This is a warm, clean comfortable bungalow in a lovely location and thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beekeepers nest was very clean and tidy. The house is located in an excellent neighborhood and within reach of the beautiful coast and other cities (Brighton f.i). The house itself is lacking a dishwasher and we barely just had enough cutlery. Also, one set of towels for 7 days is just enough but it would have been nice to have an extra set. The gaRead morerden chairs had their best years as well... So the value for money was not that great but we had a lovely stay anyway. Hide
