Spend happy days socialising in the bright and spacious rooms, playing tennis on the private court, or rowing, kayaking and wild swimming in the lake.

The welcoming living room, with its beautiful bay window overlooking the water, invites relaxation with an electric fire that’s sure to be a hit with the hounds. The adjacent dining room features a large table and seating for all, leading to a terrace with outdoor seating and a built-in charcoal BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoining utility room, caters to culinary needs, while the conservatory offers a tranquil escape. Two ground-floor bedrooms—a double with a TV and a sofa, and a delightful twin bedroom overlooking the lake—share a family bathroom and separate cloakroom. Upstairs, two more bedrooms await. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, dressing room, and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features a zip-and-link king-size bed (convertible to singles upon request) and enjoys its own en-suite shower room. Outside, the 30-acre private grounds provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining. and the meticulously planted gardens and woodlands offer a delightful backdrop for walkies to remember.

For pups with energy to burn, the estate provides numerous walking paths, both within the property and nearby. For supplies, cafes, and takeaways, Market Deeping is a 3-mile drive and offers a variety of shops, including an excellent butcher, deli and dog-friendly pub. Head to Tallington Lakes (3 miles) and walk its picturesque banks with plenty to interest your four-legged friends along the way. Explore the picturesque town of Stamford (8 miles), where Burghley House stands in beautiful parkland that welcomes well-behaved pets to roam the grounds.

We all enjoyed swimming, paddling, kayaking and rowing on the lake. The house is very well equipped with all you could need. The grounds are peaceful and a great place for our dog to explore with us. Very comfortable and in a perfect spot to enjoy the tranquility of the lake and surrounding woods. Perfect location for dogs to roam safely

Fantastic house for a family get away. Really well equipped and so much to do. Owners were really helpful and kind. Will definitely book again.
