Offering panoramic views that take in the ancient Offa’s Dyke, this enchanting hideaway invites couples and furry friends to relax, recharge and get away from it all. Explore an array of fabulous walks before returning to soak in a wood-fired hot tub, bask in a private sauna or simply sit back and enjoy the dark skies with your pets at your side.
This gorgeous holiday destination is located on a working farm, where you’ll see sheep and horses. Follow the path through the orchard and take four steps up to reach the rustic cabin, sustainably designed for hand-crafted character. As your pups lead you inside, take a moment to appreciate the vaulted, open-plan living area which features repurposed furnishings and a wood burner beside cosy seating. A grandfather clock even cleverly conceals a drinks cabinet. The kitchen includes a microwave and air fryer, with a farmhouse table for leisurely meals. The double bedroom features a hand-made bed dressed in natural linen, positioned for views of the wildflower meadow, while in the bathroom you’ll find a free-standing copper bath and a double rainfall shower. As for outside space, French doors open from the living area onto an elevated, wraparound deck with sheltered seating, BBQ, pizza oven and wood-fired hot tub. Additionally, the enclosed garden has a sauna, cold-plunge, fire pit and hammocks – perfect for stargazing. Making unloading easy, private parking is provided for one car.
Head out on exciting walks, including the Offa’s Dyke Path and Glyndwr’s Way, which meet at Knighton, a handsome market town that’s just 2.5 miles away. Here you’ll also find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Ludlow, the foodie favourite, is 21 miles away and, as well as plenty of dog-friendly places to eat, your furry friend is welcome to explore the castle with you, too.
