Inside, you’ll find a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of floor space for Fido to sprawl across. Seaside-themed decor is woven throughout this space with natural light pouring through the windows. To one side of the room is a cosy lounge area with a sofa in front of the Smart TV. Adjacent is a wooden dining table and four chairs. At the back of the room, you’ll find a fitted corner kitchen with chic cabinets and wooden countertops. Completing the interior is a stylish shower room and two contemporary bedrooms; choose between a lovely double and a single. There is private parking for one car.
While staying in the heart of Brixham, step outside to find an array of dog-welcoming eateries (within 0.5 miles). Take Fido for a run around the Berry Head National Nature Reserve (1.5 miles) and sniff out Brixham Harbour (0.5 miles). Head to the canine-friendly St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) or Fishcombe Cove (1 mile) for a swim. Hit the South West Coast Path from St Mary’s Bay Steps and soak up far-reaching sea views from Sharkham Point (1.5 miles).
