Enjoying magnificent countryside views that’ll set tails wagging, this delightful hideaway set in a peaceful spot is perfect for a memory-making getaway with family, friends and canine companions.

Wipe muddy paws in the entrance hallway before leading the way into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A set of French doors frames views towards Loch Leven and provides plenty of sunny spots for your pup to snooze in. Unwind on the sofa, gather around the wooden dining table to plan tomorrow’s walkies, or rustle up some tasty treats in the contemporary kitchen. The tranquil king-size bedroom on this level boasts access onto the decking, with the cottage-style stairs leading to a further three blissful bedrooms on the first floor. There’s a double with a balcony, a twin zip-and-link (can be converted into a super-king-size), and a single that invites you to pause from chasing your tail. Outside, little paws can sniff around the raised deck and lower enclosed garden, which features a large lawn, hot tub and dining area. The stream along the side of the property is securely fenced off; however, please supervise children and dogs outside. There is private parking for five cars.

Leave no stick unfetched by exploring the historic town of Kinross (4 miles), home to a great selection of independent shops. Kinross sits on the banks of Loch Leven; those with a nose for nature will love the Loch Leven Heritage Trail around the loch, offering 13 miles of scenic walks and picnic spots to enjoy. There are plenty of quiet lanes to explore on foot or on two wheels if your four-pawed pal can keep up in and around the pretty village of Milnathort, 2.5 miles away. For a day out in the city, with fabulous shops and places to eat, Perth is just 16 miles away.

We had the most fabulous week here! The cottage was stunning and we didn't want to leave. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. Milnathort and Kinross only a short drive away. We were so lucky with the weather and only an hour from Edinburgh. The welcome hamper was very lovely and our dogs loved it too!

Cant state how good this property is, fully equipped, garden superb and secure for your dogs. Far enough away from the everyday hustle to do nothing but close enough to everything you would need or want to go see and do.

Had an excellent stay, very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped and surprise welcome basket (much appreciated). Although feels remote, just an hour from Glasgow.
