This splendid property is perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The original features are beautifully combined with all the comforts of contemporary living to make for a memorable stay. Walk through the lobby into the snug, which has soft seating and a Smart TV for movie nights. The kitchen/dining room has doors leading out onto the courtyard garden and everything you need to prepare memorable meals. From here, stairs lead up to the lounge/dining room and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The striking living room has a high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and a brick chimney. There is plenty of comfortable seating, so your hounds have space to nap while you chat or watch the Smart TV. Stairs lead down to the ground floor of the east wing where you will find a twin bedroom and a family shower room. From here, you enter the annexe with a king-size bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Stairs with open access lead to a twin bedroom. Outside, the paved split-level patio is a lovely sunny spot with space for al fresco meals or drinks.

Take your sea dogs on the rowing boat ferry and enjoy a day at Walberswick Beach - go crabbing or try kite flying or surfing. A lovely day out is Dunwich Heath and Beach (11 miles), where you can walk for miles but because there are ground-nesting birds, your four-legged friends will need to be on a lead between March and August.
