The peaceful lounge has a wood burner, Smart TV, a desk and comfortable seating, alongside a central dining table and a fully equipped, beautifully arranged kitchen. Exploring this generous bungalow further, you will find a beautifully tiled shower room and a choice of three colourful bedrooms: a cheery twin, a pretty king-size and a relaxing super-king-size. The bifold doors open out onto the enclosed garden which has a delightful furnished decked space – perfect for dining alfresco – and a lawn with ample space for pets to run around. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

The property lies in an ideal spot close to the heart of the large village of Braunton where you will find a range of great places to eat and drink, many of them pet-friendly. Braunton lies close to the northern coast of Devon, with a wealth of rural and coastal walks for your pet to lead you along. Dogs are permitted on several superb beaches nearby including Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Rockham Bay, all within 8 miles. Exmoor National Park is to the east (9 miles).

Lovely bungalow within walking distance to Braunton town. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Quality appliances. Dog safe and children safe garden. Easy to travel to other local places of interest including Barnstaple. We will definitely be going back.
