Entering this striking property, the welcoming ground floor features a refreshing shower room, a handy utility room and the first bedroom: a sweet king-size with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a twin on request. On the first floor, you will find a characterful lounge with soft seating, a Smart TV and picturesque garden views. A door leads through to a beautiful, light-filled dining room offering a fantastic spot for a family get-together – canine guests included. This floor also features a stylish, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful en-suite king-size bedroom. Three en-suite bedrooms occupy the second floor – a cheery twin room (with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a king-size), and two stylish king-size rooms. Outside, the generous patio provides a fantastic space for a BBQ, with a charming garden offering plenty of space for four-pawed guests to roam. Parking is available for five cars in the carport, plus two further spaces at the front of the property.

The property sits on the western edge of Holt, a characterful Georgian-era town with a range of independent shops, boutiques and restaurants. Holt Country Park offers a great spot for dog walks, or you and your four-legged friends can take a trip by steam train to the popular seaside resort of Sheringham (7.5 miles). Local pet-friendly attractions include Baconsthorpe Castle, the Felbrigg Estate, and the gardens at Mannington, all within 10 miles.

The house is situated only a few minutes walk from the centre of beautiful Holt where there are many wonderful cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. The house has ample living space and a fabulous garden with patio and large table for al fresco dining in the Norfolk sunshine ! The kitchen is very well equipped and the owners supplied a travel cot andRead more two highchairs for our grandchildren. All the bedrooms have bathroom/showers so was perfect for our large family group. Would highly recommend a stay here. Hide

Beautiful house and great location. Very well equipped. We arrived around an hour early and was pleased that after a quick call we could go in. We didnt get to sit in the garden as the weather was chilly for May but that was lovely too. The town was really close with lots of pubs, shops and places to eat
