This was a pleasant, well equipped property. The instruction guide needed updating as several aspects were incorrect or needed more detail eg wifi code was incorrect, there was a list of pubs / eateries with no detail as to location or type of food offered. The location for the beach was good, however camber itself was rather sad and a lot of Read morethe shops, pub etc were closed with no indication when they would open. We were there in early June so not high season. Hide

Location was very good about a 5 minute walk away from the beach and the house itself was of a good size. Generally the house was well equipped however more attention to the finer detail is needed. The oven was very dirty, bbq was filthy and needs a very deep clean or replacing, garden furniture hadnt been washed down. One of the smoke detectorRead mores was also faulty. Issue with the plugs in sink not opening to let water out. No storage space at all in two of the bedrooms. For the amount we paid for a 3 night stay I would have expected more. Hide

The Cottage was situated close to the beach which in the height of the summer would be extremely helpful. We were booked for a restful break and we certainly got that.

A very comfortable cottage, in a quiet location and ideally situated for access to the beach (dog zone). The Owl Pub ( within walking distance) is recommended and Rye is just a short bus ride away and well worth a visit.

We had a lovely stay at this well equipped house. Lots of room for 6 people and a toddler. Good location in this small, attractive estate. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes with a pushchair. Quicker route if you can climb steep sand dunes.

Our second visit. This time we were 3 couples, 2 dogs and a baby! The property is a good size, the kitchen diner is a very sociable area and the lounge seats everyone. Comfy sofas and beds. Five mins from the beach ( which if you drive to, could cost 30 !

Lovely very spacious property with everything you need. We stayed here in November when the holiday season is over but would have really struggles particularly with the dogs if we had stayed in the holiday season.
