Roam the undulating South Downs with your ecstatic canine companion, then return to this sumptuous holiday home at East Dean. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom, three-storey hideaway, which is 4.5 miles from Eastbourne and has a hot tub, offers luxurious interior space and a magnificent garden.

Follow your furry friend through to the chic, open-plan kitchen/diner. Pull the bi-folding doors back and enjoy the light that streams in from the roof lantern as you make the most of the high-end appliances to cater for your party. Light the wood burner, watch the Smart TV or chat to the chef from the breakfast bar as your delighted dog mills about. The capacious lounge, with its beamed ceiling and second wood burner, is another lovely room for people and pets. There is another Smart TV in here for those holiday movie nights. Also downstairs is a separate WC. One of your incredible bedrooms, a magnificent super-king-size with an exceptional en-suite bathroom, complete with a spa bath, walk-in shower and TV, is also downstairs. Head up to the first floor to discover two double bedrooms, one leading to a roof terrace. An office area and the family bathroom are also here. The top floor encompasses a super-king-size bedroom, with zip-and-link beds that can also be arranged as a twin by prior agreement. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs. While away summer days in the garden with your chum by your side. Bubble in the hot tub or bask in the summer sunshine as he enjoys the freedom of the enclosed space. There is private parking for two cars.

Head to the beach at Cuckmere Haven, where dogs can run free. Enjoy clifftop walks through Seven Sisters Country Park. Explore the gardens at Monk’s House, the former home of Virginia Woolf, 12.5 miles away.

Excellent accommodation for Special Needs - Downstairs bedroom with ensuite wet room. Also step-free access from driveway to front door. Comfortable spacious accomodation. Great location for seaside holiday.

Bed in main bedroom sheets were not too clean, fridge and dresser not overly clean on arrival either. some wear and tear to property which made it look a bit tired (kitchen door and bay window in lounge) television had a green tinge when watching in Lounge. Lovely hot tub and outside area
