A step leads up onto the entrance deck, then into this cheery pod where you will be greeted by the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. Sitting beneath a snug, curved ceiling with timber-clad walls, the charming property features a Smart TV with plush seating and a handy dining table, with a useful, fully equipped kitchen area to one side. At the heart of the room is the sumptuous double bed, with a full-size set of bunk beds to the rear. The accommodation is rounded off with an invigorating shower room. Back outside, the enclosed garden has a lovely lawn with space for your pet to run around. The patio has a BBQ, fire pit and plenty of outdoor furniture, offering a quiet spot for dining alfresco as you take in the surrounding views. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

The scenic village of Catterall (1.5 miles) has a choice of great places to eat and drink, and makes a great base for exploring the southern fringes of the Forest of Bowland (3 miles). There are miles of tranquil walks to enjoy with your pet, with Brock Valley and Beacon Fell Country Park within 5 miles.
