Your pup will love clambering over the heather-clad fells at Dale Head (2 miles), Great Gable (4 miles), and Scafell Pike (6 miles). For a more leisurely day out, head to Derwentwater Lake (5.5 miles). Here, Fido can run along the shore or hop on a boat and soak up the stunning views from the water. After a day’s activity, be sure to stop in neighbouring Keswick for a bite to eat at one of the many dog-friendly pubs and restaurants.
