On the ground floor, three comfortable bedrooms await: a king-size room and two king-size zip-and-link rooms that can also be arranged as two singles on request. One ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite shower, while a separate family bathroom serves the others. Also on this level is a cosy snug, complete with bean-bag seating and sliding doors opening onto the terrace. A utility room is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living space features a shapely beamed ceiling and French doors opening onto two Juliet balconies. One balcony adjoins the lounge, where a Smart TV is ready for relaxed evenings, and the other sits beside the dining area. The sleek kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, and a small study nook is hidden behind the lounge. The master bedroom also enjoys its own Juliet balcony, a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom, with a separate cloakroom close by. Step out onto the first-floor balconies for panoramic views of the coast and countryside. At the front, driveway parking, lawn, and a decked seating area await, while the rear garden boasts a patio, raised lawn, and an external shower to rinse off sandy paws. The garage includes a darts board, table tennis, and plenty of storage for beach gear or your dog’s travel essentials.
