At low tide, dogs will adore a run on the sandy expanse of Wells Beach (2 miles), plunging into the cold sea in search of tennis balls and sticks. Large spacious house within easy distance of the town and harbour there's also a supermarket very near. The house could do with a good clean and some decent bedding and towels. We took dogs believing it to be a secure garden, it is not! Overall disappointing and very pricey.
