Set within 7 acres of gorgeous mature gardens, this superb hideaway is perfect for larger families and groups of friends seeking a tranquil holiday home midway between the Cotswolds and the North Wessex Downs. The main house features a choice of spacious lounges and a characterful drawing room, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind in comfort. The elegant dining room is perfect for a family feast, which you can prepare in the chic, fully equipped kitchen, with additional equipment in a handy extra kitchenette. This stunning building also offers a charming study and a choice of six sumptuous bedrooms (five en-suite): three super-king size, a single, a king-size and a double. The accommodation also features a sweet pool house with two en-suite bedrooms, alongside a games room, a gym, a sauna, a kitchenette and an entertainment space with a Smart TV and stylish dining area. Outside, the extensive gardens have plenty of space for your pets to wander as you take a dip in the pool, play tennis or dine on one of the sunny terraces. Ample private parking is available.

Dogs and their owners can head north into the Cotswolds or south towards the North Wessex Downs, both within 10 miles and offering breathtaking country trails. The historic market town of Witney (11 miles) has a choice of great pubs, independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Incredible venue for a big family get together! We were extremely lucky to have amazing weather so the house really came into its own with the pool, gardens, outdoor seating and tennis court. Would highly recommend for big family or friend get togethers.

An ideal venue for a family party. With swimming, tennis and croquet all available we didn't need to leave the property. The outside fire was lovely in the evening. We didn't have time to play table tennis!

We rented this lovely house for a family/friends get together for my daughters 21st Birthday. The house is a great size and accommodated 14 adults & 2 dogs really well. The kitchen/living is a lovely room & really well stocked with everything you need to cater for that many people. The dining room was perfect for a special birthday dinner and the lRead moreiving spaces were big enough for us all to sit & play games together. The house has lots of rooms to escape to if you also want a bit of peace & quiet. The pool/games room & bedrooms was also great for the younger adults in our group as they stayed up late and didn't disturb the oldies! The hosts were very helpful and very easy to communicate with regarding access, etc. We would definitely book again and it would be an amazing place to stay in the summer with the swimming pool & tennis court.Thank you for a fabulous weekend!
