Savour the tranquillity of this coastal location, gazing out over the Solent from this Isle of Wight property with man’s best friend snuggled up beside you. Accommodating two dogs, this handsome holiday home is extremely pet-friendly, inviting you to get away with all your dearest loved ones – four-pawed pals included, of course! Large enough for eight guests, with bedrooms positioned on the ground and second floors, sandwiching an extremely social first floor designed with ample space for paws and people to unwind.
Set tails wagging as you arrive at the property, heading straight up to the first floor. Light and bright with incredible sea views from its elevated position, the lounge/diner and adjacent kitchen offer a peaceful place to relax. Throw open the French doors to the balcony on a sunny day, letting Fido rest as a gentle sea breeze drifts over them. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be found both downstairs and up, including a handsome king-size room with bay windows, sea views and doors opening onto the lawn, and a family bedroom upstairs featuring a king-size bed and a set of bunk beds. Outdoor space is offered in abundance – ideal for sunny holidays – including an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and plenty of room for Rover to roam. There’s also private parking for two cars.
This property is positioned within Fort Victoria Country Park, a fabulous swathe of coastal paths, woodland trails and fossil-rich shoreline that’s just calling out to be explored by your canine companion. Go rockpooling on the Fort Victoria Pier, just a few metres away. A little further on, venture into Yarmouth (1.5 miles) to watch the ferries cross the Solent or follow the coastal path over to the Needles Headland (4 miles) to admire chalk-white cliffs and dramatic seascapes.
