Climb five stairs to the front door of this characterful property, where you'll be greeted by a mosaic-tiled hall with space for coats and boots. Inside, discover a light-filled open-plan lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a Smart TV/DVD, a bay window offering sea views, and French doors opening onto the garden so furry friends can come and go as they please. The dining area provides a lovely space for enjoying family meals together. Adjacent, you'll find an attractively designed kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom. On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each boasting feature fireplaces and hand basins. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bay window overlooking the sea. There’s a second double room and a fun-filled bunk bedroom that children are sure to adore. This floor also houses a stylish shower room. Nestled beneath the eaves of the second floor are two single bedrooms with sea views, accompanied by a bathroom complete with a free-standing claw-foot bath and a separate shower. Venture to the courtyard-style back garden, accessed via two steps, featuring raised beds, a gas BBQ and an elevated seating area offering views over the rooftops and Swanage Bay.

You’ll find Swanage Beach within a couple of hundred metres of your door, the northern end of which is open to furry friends year-round. Situated on the Jurassic Coast, Swanage serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve that borders the town. Along the coastline, you'll discover wonderful walks for your four-legged friends, taking in captivating sights such as historic Winspit Quarry, picturesque Kimmeridge Bay, striking Old Harry Rocks, tranquil Lulworth Cove, and the natural wonder of Durdle Door, all within 20 miles of home.

Great property in central location. Easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and many lovely walks. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Great for families or a group of friends.

We had a lovely stay in Swanage. This house was perfect for two families with plenty of space and a large fridge. The location was great, very close to the town centre. Parking is a bit tricky but when we couldnt park outside we were able to park nearby. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

A comfortable house - the bedrooms were really nice and the kitchen was large and generally well-equipped. It's near the top of quite a steep hill so you need to bear that in mind if mobility is an issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grasmere. It was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect!

We had a great time in Swanage and the house was definitely part of that. It is spacious and really well equipped for families with young children. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. The location is perfect for the high street and youll get a workout walking up the hill!

Lovely holiday accommodation. Would recommend for larger family's. Well equipped with everything. Well situated for all amenities. Managed to find a parking spot and didn't need to use car all week. Bus to Bournemouth via stiudland great value. 3 each way. Had lovely meals out. Didn't put cooker on at all. Very quiet and peaceful holiday. Would cerRead moretainly stay again. Hide

A very spacious house with some nice views. The furniture was of a very good standard and the kitchen was well equipped. The hill may put some people off but we found it ok. A great central location.

Amazing location, very close to the town and beach, and lovely clean spacious house with comfy beds, lots of cooking equipment and plentiful amounts of crockery and cutlery which is unusual for a rental property.

The house was clean and well-equipped, and perfect for our group of two families on holiday together. The location was brilliant, so close to the centre of Swanage. Parking outside was a problem but we were able to find parking on nearby streets, within just a minute or 2 walk from the house.
