A light and bright single-storey property featuring a sunny conservatory and an enclosed garden, situated in the seaside village of Heacham on Norfolk’s west coast just a 1.5-mile walk from the village’s dog-friendly beach and 16 miles from the harbour town of King’s Lynn.

At the heart of this home, the lounge/diner is a spacious welcoming room with comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, and a flame-effect electric fire at one end with a dining table seating four at the other. A second sitting area can be found in the bright and sunny conservatory, a spacious room which looks out over the enclosed garden and comes complete with a second TV. This room is accessed via the master bedroom, a spacious double room which again offers another TV, whilst there is also a cosy twin room.

Staying at this cottage, you will be able to walk into the village centre of Heacham and on towards the mostly shingle beach, where your dogs will be able to play to their heart’s content in the waves. Further up the coast, the resort town of Hunstanton (2.5 miles) boasts a traditional pier and an interesting aquarium. It would be difficult to tire of the beaches in the area, including those at Holkham Bay (15 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (17 miles). For a change of scene, why not take a day trip to the royal estate at Sandringham 6.5 miles away, where you will be able to wander the gardens, parts of the house, and the historic church.

Really central to amenities in the village, less than 10 mins to the Tesco express. Great base for exploring the area, lots of dog friendly beaches for our two to run on. The garden was very secure and not overlooked, we were lucky with the weather and sat out side most evenings as its a sun trap.

Enjoyed our holiday in this well equipped and comfortable bungalow. The location is good and theres at least 3 pubs within walking distance that serve food. All those pubs are dog friendly!

Lovely bungalow in a quiet and peaceful location, with a pleasent 30 min walk to the sea front. There is a very comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom with French doors leading on to the conservatory which is where we spent most of the time when we were in. Bungalow very nice.Comfortable lounge diner,beautiful conservatory on bedrooms. One bedroom lovely, the other one is really a child's room. Bathroom lovely with a great shower.Kitchen very cramped, no more than two people at a time in there. Not much space to put provisions. Took up a lot of worktop space. Had to descale kettle and clean out toasteRead morer. All in all a great break at a lovely bungalow. Would go back tomorrow. Hide

A nice little bungalow, ideal for us (a couple with 2 small dogs). The enclosed garden was ideal for our two dogs and for a couple of BBQs. A well equipped kitchen, nice lounge and the conservatory was v pleasant in the early evening to watch the the Euros!

The quiet garden faces South and the dogs loved it as they could rummage under the shrubs or sleep in the sun on the grass or in the extension.
