Indulge in a little luxury at this exquisite holiday home sitting in a complex of properties in Rock. Sleeping ten people across five bedrooms and welcoming two canine companions, it’s ideal for families or groups who want to celebrate a special occasion on the North Cornwall coast together. Set off for walkies along Rock’s glorious dog-friendly beach and be sure to take advantage of the rewarding 'paws-and-pints' stops at the local pubs. In the evening, come home to share a fun BBQ feast on the patio while your pups run around the enclosed garden. Park in your private space (there’s room for two cars) and step inside this elegant home. You’ll find an exquisitely-stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, where full-length windows flood the space with light. Head to the sleek kitchen area to whip up some dinner to share at the dining table. Or throw open the patio doors, fire up the charcoal BBQ and enjoy a leisurely al fresco feast while your pups play in the enclosed garden. On the ground floor you’ll find a cheerful bunk room, as well as a handy shower room and a separate wet room. On the first floor you’ll discover a king-size, a twin and a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room. There’s also a smart family bathroom with a shower over the bath on this floor. Up on the second floor you’ll find a handy twin with an en-suite shower room. In the morning, head to the end of the garden and you’ll find a shared boules court – a wonderful way to start the day.

From Rock, catch the dog-friendly ferry across to Padstow (2 miles) to stroll along the lively quayside before stretching your legs on the beautiful Camel Trail. Alternatively, head into Port Isaac (8 miles) to soak up the sea views and explore the coastal paths.

Wonderful location, lovely and quiet. The property is very cosy and well heated.
