Laid out over three stories, the ground floor of the property is home to the two pretty bedrooms and a spacious shower room, whilst upstairs on the first floor is the kitchen/diner. An ideal space for talented chefs to lose themselves in culinary creativity (with help from your eager four-legged taste-tester), this room has everything you could need for both preparing and tucking into meals. Completing the first floor is another bathroom, following which a staircase takes you to the second floor. Here, a further bedroom sits behind a partition glass door and a sitting room awaits to show off views over the river and beyond to Bodinnick.
Stepping outside to the rear of the property, you will find a small patio and tiered garden – somewhere lovely for your dog to let off steam. When you are ready to tear yourself away, there is ample to see and do nearby, including Restormel Castle (11 miles). A walk along the coast path will take you to dog-friendly Lantic Bay, whilst in the opposite direction beyond Fowey you will reach Polridmouth Cove where dogs are also welcome 12 months of the year. For refuelling after a hard day relaxing (ahem), pop into one of the village’s dog-friendly eateries.
