Stay at a property that is perfect for large group getaways, with spacious living arrangements and a lovely, enclosed outdoor space, boasting a seven-seater hot tub. Escape to this majestic corner of Norfolk with eight friends or family groups, where two dogs are welcome along for the ride, as no holiday is the same without your dog.

Head into the spacious hallway where you can shake off your walking boots and hang up the dog leads. Immediately find the stylish and open-plan kitchen/diner and cook up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, utilising the kitchen’s facilities. An elegant dining area has enough seating at the table for all guests. Once your stomachs are full, select from two lounges to chill out and relax. They both have Smart TVs, and one has a roaring wood burner where the dogs can cosy up at your feet. A handy utility room and a shower room are also located on the ground floor. Adjacent, you will find one of the lovely bedrooms (bedroom 4), a twin zip-and-link with an en-suite shower room and a WC, as well as access out onto the patio. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, a super-king with an en-suite bathroom and a WC, and two twin bedrooms which share a Jack and Jill shower room with a WC. The property also benefits from air conditioning in the kitchen, reception room and 2 main bedrooms.

Outside, you will find a private garden which has a spacious terrace complete with garden furniture and a BBQ, along with a bubbling private hot tub. Private parking is provided for four cars.

Located in Snettisham, you will find dog-friendly pubs and a couple of shops within 500 metres, as well as Snettisham Woods, where your dogs can sniff out adventures. Snettisham Beach (3.5 miles) is rich with wildlife and is great for bird watchers and shell seekers. Visit the popular coastal village of Hunstanton (5 miles) and join the scenic Norfolk Coast Path.

This is a brilliant place to stay, very modern, comfortable and spacious. We had six adults, a baby and three dogs and never felt on top of one another. Altogether we a lovely holiday there, the only thing that could have been better was the weather. Snettisham is a pleasant village to spend the week, and there's a variety of things to do locally.Read more I would whole heartedly recommend this holiday home. Hide

The barn was brand new and exceptional in its decor and accessoires. Kitchen was immaculate and a great space to socialise. Justin the caretaker was professional, friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. The owner has put a lot of thought and effort to provide visitors with a great experience.
