This delightful coastal retreat offers an excellent base for families, friends, and their faithful hounds to enjoy an unforgettable stay in beautiful Salcombe. Ideally positioned close to golden beaches and scenic trails that pets will adore, it’s a wonderful spot to unwind and watch the ever-changing estuary views from the glass-fronted balcony.

Inside, the property is light, airy, and perfect for social stays. Step into the welcoming hallway before heading into the open-plan kitchen/dining room. French doors lead out onto a generous balcony stretching across the back of the house – a lovely setting for a summer drink as the sun sets over the hills. The spacious lounge has soft seating, a Smart TV, and room for everyone to gather while Rover snoozes at your feet. Downstairs, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms – one super-king-size, one twin, one bunk room with a single bed and trundle under and one double bedroom. Two en-suite shower rooms and a fresh, white family bathroom complete the internal layout. Outside, the split-level garden is a real gem, it’s a safe space for children and four-pawed explorers to play while you fire up the BBQ or sip a sundowner. With plenty of seating areas, it’s wonderful for relaxing outdoors, whether you’re sharing a lazy breakfast or a game of fetch on the lawn. There’s parking for two cars at the front of the property.

A mile away, North Sands welcomes sandy paws year-round – a lovely beach for paddling, picnicking, and sandcastle-building. A little further, South Sands (2 miles) is another favourite, where dogs on the lead can join you during the summer months. For walkies with wow-factor views, the South West Coast Path passes through Salcombe, with miles of breathtaking coastal scenery to uncover. Hop on a short foot ferry ride across the estuary to East Portlemouth for peaceful coves for a seaside stroll with your furry pal.
