Escape to this charming spot on the Devon coast and stay at this contemporary and stylish home with your large group of eight friends or family and four of your canine companions. There are flexible sleeping arrangements for the whole group, and a very large garden boasting a private hot tub and superb views.

Shake off your boots and dog walking attire in the hallway before heading into the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Centred around an island, this sociable space is perfect for cooking up feasts and entertaining. After you have eaten, curl up on the large sofa and watch a film together. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a bright and airy twin room which has a Smart TV and a sofa, along with a cosy double bedroom. These bedrooms share a sleek downstairs shower room. The other bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor; they both have king-size beds and en-suites, one with a shower and one with a shower over the bath. Leading from one of these bedrooms is a private balcony that soaks up the majestic coastal views. Outside the living room is a patio with garden furniture and a bubbling hot tub. Beyond this is a large lawn area, where dogs and children alike can enjoy playing. Parking is available for two cars off-road, and extra roadside parking is available.

Woolacombe (2 miles) is a traditional seaside resort complete with a glorious, 2-mile-long sandy beach that has areas that welcome dogs all year round, and a fabulous surf for those of the group that want to take to the water. The village has several eateries and a pub, so you can easily spend a day here. There are several other resorts within easy reach too, including the fascinating Victorian town Ilfracombe (4 miles).

Had a fantastic week in the home. Beautiful inside with everything you would need including the nice little extras that were left for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and Wilson their gorgeous dog was entertainment for our 2 mad spaniels. They even loved the little extras that the hosts left for them too. We really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 6 adults and two young children, and we had plenty of space. The lounge is very comfortable, much appreciated as we stayed in every evening, and the bedrooms are spacious. It was special to be able to see the sea from the house, and the accommodation is very well located for local exploration - we haRead mored so many choices where to go each day. We could look forward to returning to a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful base after day trips out. This was our first visit to Luino and it exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful house in a fabulous location with stunning views. It was immaculate when we arrived and we couldnt fault anything. The small touches, like the welcome basket were very much appreciated. It had everything we needed for our stay and our dog loved the huge, very secuRead morere garden. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the bathrooms were very clean. The huge kitchen/living room was well equipped and very comfortable. We made use of the hot tub, which was lovely after a long day out walking. It is very close to Woolacombe, which has a fabulous beach. The owners of the property were on hand if we needed anything and were extremely friendly and welcoming. You always wonder when you see photos on a website just how much space there really is or if the camera lense is making the space seem bigger. In this case the photos are true to life! The property is magnificent, well equipped location great and superb views. We had five adults and a toddler staying and there was plenty of space for everyone.
