Entering the property on the middle floor, a welcoming hallway leads into a bright, stylishly decorated open-plan lounge/diner with a cosy wood burner, plush seating, a Smart TV and a handsome dining table. A short flight of steps leads down to a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. The Old School was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. A lovely place to relax after walking and cycling. Great location to access the rest of the Dales, as well as exploring Swaledale itself. Nice walks from the doorstep. Very peaceful. Dog friendly. The garden was fully secure for our Labrador. Very nice cottage. Had a lovely time with kids and dogs. Quiet area but close to lots of things to do and see. Would recommend.
