Really lovely comfortable accommodation in a great location. Dog friendly, with a secure garden meant we could really relax. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the inside and outside space. Good communication from the caretaker prior to our arrival.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Burnt Oak in Orby and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we booked, Zoey the Manager was fantastic. She kept in touch before our arrival with all the information we needed and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel so welcome. The property itRead moreself is absolutely outstanding. It was spotlessly clean throughout and beautifully presented, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The bungalow is spacious, comfortable and finished to a very high standard, making it feel like a real home from home. The garden is just as impressive as the house beautifully maintained, peaceful and a lovely place to sit and unwind. The location is brilliant too, offering the perfect balance of tranquillity while being close to local attractions and the coast. Burnt Oak is one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in. We had an amazing week and made some wonderful family memories. We wouldnt hesitate to return and will be recommending Burnt Oak to family and friends. Hide

The first thing that struck me when opening the front door was the how fresh and clean it smelt, when I stepped in the hallway I could tell this property was going to be special and it was. The cleaning company had gone above and beyond with finishing touches and detail. The property it's self was like walking into a 5 star hotel ,with everything Read moreyou could possibly need and more. I really enjoyed the evenings in the secluded back garden so peaceful just the birds singing. Seeing the little rabbits casually doing their thing on the front lawn was a bonus. I would certainly recommend this property for a holiday or business stay Hide

The bungalow compares with some of the best holiday lets we have had, and looked really lovely as soon as we arrived at the property. The lounge, kitchen and sun-room were perfect for our needs and the garden with all its furniture was superb. The beds were as comfortable as could be and the rooms were plenty big enough. The location of the propertRead morey was perfect for what we needed, with easy access to the coast, and Burgh le Marsh (for restaurants [The Lakes and The Fleece]) and the lovely and very well priced Roman Bank Bakery and Coffee Shop. Gunby Hall, a National Trust property, was only 7 minutes away, and Woodhall Spa, 20 miles away, was well worth a visit. Hide
