This spacious home oozes style and contemporary comfort. There is also a separate snug for those who want to take some time out. The kitchen/diner is a super sociable space, boasting a large oven, and all the appliances you need to cook for a large group. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the remainder are upstairs. Some offer far-reaching sea and beach views. Outside of the kitchen doors is a large south-facing patio with a BBQ and seating, excellent for al fresco wining and dining. To the rear of the home is a large grass area and a handy tap with hose pipe, perfect for washing off sandy paws or surf boards.
The village of Woolacombe has plenty of amenities with dog-friendly pubs and cafes. The real gem in the area’s crown is the 2 miles of sandy shoreline running alongside the blue waters and said to be one of the best beaches in the whole of the UK. Situated just 300 metres away, you can let the dogs go barking mad as you soak up the sun or help the children build sandcastles. Take a stroll along Morte Point Trail, a route that stretches from Woolacombe and along the coast to the Morte Point peninsula, and part of the South West Coast Path.
