Tucked away in the village of Newton-on-the-Moor, this luxurious single-storey retreat offers the perfect escape for couples, families and their four-legged adventurers. Sleeping six across three beautifully furnished bedrooms, there’s a garden for ball games and easy access to country rambles, woodland snuffles and breezy beach days.
Step inside to discover stylish and spacious single-storey living. The welcoming lounge/diner has a traditional stone chimney breast where you can light the open fire after a day of muddy paws and salty fur. Sink into the plush seating to watch the TV, play music or share stories from the day’s adventures. Gather for hearty meals at the dining table, then slide open the doors to the conservatory. The bright kitchen/diner has everything you need for cooking and chatting together, with a breakfast table and a handy utility room ideal for drying off paws. Off the main hallway, you’ll find three bedrooms. Two sumptuous doubles each have their own travertine-tiled en-suite bathrooms – one with a free-standing bath for a long soak after a blustery walk. The third bedroom is a flexible twin that can be made into a super-king-size on request (additional charge), with use of the family shower room opposite. Outside, the south-facing garden is a peaceful haven with plenty of room for little ones and furry companions to play. Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio as you enjoy the fresh country air. Please note that while the garden is enclosed, there is a low wall, so children and four-pawed explorers should be supervised. There’s private parking for three cars on the driveway.
