Escape to Norfolk’s north coast with your favourite human and hound in this charming one-bedroom cottage in Cromer. The holiday retreat enjoys a fabulous, central location, just 300 metres from the town’s iconic pier, and within easy reach of the shops and eateries. There are some fabulous paw-friendly beaches along Norfolk’s north coast, including West Runton, just 3 miles away.
The redbrick terraced cottage has a delicate coastal theme, with seascapes adorning the walls and a colour palette to reflect the surrounding landscape. At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can all unwind after a day of adventure. To the rear of the room is a sleek kitchen area for preparing delicious dinners for two, which you can share at the breakfast bar or around the dining table. In the evenings, get cosy on the sofa with the pup curled at your feet, to watch a classic movie on the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs to the tranquil king-size bedroom, where you’ll find a fold-out bed to accommodate a child if required. A refreshing shower room rounds off the accommodation. There is no outside space at the property. However, there are several green spaces nearby for walkies, as well as the promenade and beach (out of season). The cottage has on-street parking, subject to availability.
Cromer is bursting with nostalgia and traditional seaside charm. Enjoy a dog walk along the promenade, or spend an afternoon enjoying the amusements on the pier. The town has a great range of paw-friendly eateries, many serving fresh seafood or the famous Cromer crab. The long-distance Norfolk Coast Path passes through the town, and you can follow it for 5 miles to the neighbouring resort of Sheringham, with its colourful beach huts, woof-friendly beach, and heritage steam railway.
