Boasting wonderful coastal walks on your doorstep, this stunning seaside sanctuary provides a peaceful retreat to return home to after exploring the Norfolk coastline with your friends, family and canine companions.

Wipe off sandy paws in the entrance hallway before leading the way into the characterful kitchen to refuel with some tasty treats at the end of a busy day’s adventure. The adjoining dining room provides plenty of space for the whole pack to relax whilst your playful pup curls up at your feet. You’ll also find a cosy double bedroom on this floor. Follow the warmth of the wood burner upstairs to the charming lounge, which boasts sweeping views that’ll set tails wagging. Also, on this floor you’ll find a delightful en-suite king-size bedroom, whilst the second floor comprises a further two bedrooms, one twin and a second en-suite king-size, that both share a beautifully peaceful ambience. Outside, the large patio garden offers lots of mature planting for your tufty-pawed pal to sniff around, as well as a built-in BBQ set perfect for al fresco dining. On-street parking is subject to availability, and there is a public car park 200 meters away.

Famous for its salt marshes and nature reserve, Cley-next-the-Sea is a haven for keen outdoor explorers, home to a charming landmark windmill and plenty of local pubs, delis and bookshops to explore. Take the lead to Blakeney (1.5 miles) to jump aboard a boat trip to Blakeney Point to nuzzle noses with the resident seal colonies. You’ll find plenty of ball-throwing opportunities walking across the white sandy beach decorated with colourful beach huts at Wells-next-the-Sea (9.5 miles). The stunning Georgian market town of Holt, with its antique shops, boutiques and art galleries, can be reached within 4.5 miles.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location in the stunning village of Cley. Really cosy stay and was everything we could of hoped for over the new year
