This stunning barn conversion has plenty for your whole pack to enjoy. Located in a sought-after Suffolk village with scenic walks from the doorstep, its drool-inducing interiors include a bathroom for each of its four bedrooms – three of which are on the ground floor. Adding all-year appeal, the garden has a games room and hot tub, while a welcoming country inn is just 100 metres away.

The double-height, open-plan living space here is perfect for big-group gatherings, its exposed beams and floor-to-ceiling windows impressing at first sight. A staircase leads up to the master bedroom, which boasts a super-king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside. Three more bedrooms are on the ground floor; each has a king-size zip-and-link bed for flexible sleeping arrangements, and two open onto patio areas within the courtyard garden. Two of these ground-floor bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms, and an additional family bathroom ensures convenience for all. Step outside and the private courtyard garden is the ultimate chill-out space with a BBQ, pizza oven and a hot tub. Those who want to let off steam can head to the separate games room to play pool or table tennis. There’s parking for five cars too.

Just 7 miles from Ipswich, Offton is surrounded by farmland that offers fabulous options for waggy-tailed wanders. A mile from your doorstep, Middle Wood is a Site of Special Scientific Interest; if your pups prefer to run off-lead, there’s a secure dog park in Somersham, just a little further away. Take a walk on the wild side with a trip to Jimmy’s Farm (12 miles) or head instead to Dedham Vale, an inspiration for painter John Constable (16 miles).

Weve just stayed at Ottos Barn for two nights for my sisters hen do, and we honestly could not have asked for a better weekend. The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for the occasion. Family of 7 ( plus 2 dogs) stayed at Ottos barn for 2 nights over the May bank holiday. The renovation is spectacular-everything very high high , spotlessly clean with a welcoming feel. We arrived to an array of special treats-even a bag of dog treats and a bottle of fizz cooling in the fridge. Every bedroom has king size beds (which can be splRead moreit into 2 singles , perfect for the kids sharing a room) Beautiful white linen, robes and fluffy towels. The showers were amazing-there was even Jo Malone handwash/shower gel! The kitchen/dining area was perfect for cooking and socialising-had every utensil and appliance you could wish for! The lounge was massive, with comfy sofas , a chess set, huge tv and a fantastic view over the Suffolk countryside. We have stayed in a barn conversation before but Ottos barn is far more superior and cosier and designed with little touches that made are stay seem extra special. We were lucky with the weather and made use of the hot tub, BBQ and pizza oven. The garden was perfect and so secure for the 4 legged family members-we could relax knowing they could explore outside and not escape! The playroom was a hit with everyone-a pool table, dart board and PlayStation. There were plenty of board games and interesting books to use too. Andrew and Christian were super quick to response if we needed any help or advise-perfect hosts in every way. We were all impressed with Ottos barn and all it had to offer that when we got home , we rebooked for the same time next year! This is a real Suffolk gem-congratulations to Andres, Christian and Otto for an outstanding transformation. Jane and co Hide

I have just arrived back from a perfect weekend away with 4 friends and could not recommend Ottos Barn more! It has been renovated to a very high spec and a lot of thought has clearly gone in to the little touches. The welcome tray was such a lovely treat, the whole weekend felt like a luxurious break. We lucked out with the weather, so other thanRead more a nice walk recommended in the welcome pack, we stayed in the property for the full weekend and were all sad to leave. The hot tub is huge and comfortably fit us all in. The property was in a gorgeous location - you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but could still get a food shop and takeaway delivered very easily! Andrew was really quick to get back to us if we had any questions and sent recommendations for places to eat in the local area. We left vowing to return and recommend the property to others! A wonderful Easter break with family at Otto's Barn. The beautiful building itself catered really well for us all - great rooms, thoughtful touches like dressing gowns in all the bathrooms, treats for the dog and a lovely welcome pack were all much appreciated. We had a wonderful time here. By we I mean 6 family members consisting of 4 generations aged from 8 years to late 70s. We have only started taking holidays in the UK since 2020 Covid. As we are no longer restricted by Covid measures we use holiday lets as a means of family get togethers. We try to do this every 3 or 4 monthsour only requirementsRead more being a minimum of 4 bedrooms, a hot tub and a country location. Otto's barn is definitely the best holiday let that we have had. Hot tub is way superior to any we have so far experienced. The barn conversion is amazing, retaining some of the original beams in it's design. It was not at all echoey as some barn conversions are the barn had a warm feel to it. The kitchen/dining area was very well equipped and a joy to cook in. It was also very easy to keep clean. Lots of pots and pans again of a very good quality as was the crockery and the cutlery. Cleaning utensils and materials were provided in abundance. There was also a welcome basket and a lovely welcome card from the owners. The dining chairs were very comfortable. There was a utility area adjacent to the kitchen . The separate lounge, just off the kitchen dining area, had huge comfortable sofas and a gorgeous armchair. And of course a huge TV. Many board games were supplied. There was a separate games room which housed a pool table and a PS5our 16-year-old vanished into it on arrival and after that was only seen to emerge for bathroom calls and at meal times. He absolutely loved it. We loved the bedrooms. The master bedroom had a spacious balcony with fantastic views. There were four bathrooms altogether, three ensuite and one family bathroom. All done to the highest spec. In general the bedrooms all had a selection of pillows, really comfortable beds and good quality duvets and linens. We stayed for three nights and did not go out once. Despite the owners living in a house nearby, the barn had been designed in such a way that you are not overlooked. The barn was situated in such a way as to make the most of the great views. It was easy to get groceries delivered here. We sat down together when we got home and tried to find fault with anything, quite simply we couldn't. Hide
