A couple of steps lead up, through the patio doors and into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The calm and peaceful lounge features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with a sweet dining table over by the patio doors, perfect for a romantic meal. An additional breakfast bar is to one side, by the sleek, stylishly arranged kitchen. You will also find an invigorating shower room and a charming south-facing double bedroom with dual-aspect windows. Sliding doors lead into the enclosed courtyard garden which has a picnic bench, and makes a lovely spot for unwinding in at the end of a memorable day with your pet lying by your side. A washing machine can be found in an outdoor building, and there's a tap for washing sandy paws and feet. Private parking is available for one car.
