Take the steps up from the parking area to the front door and enter the first-floor hall, where you can hang leads and kick off sandy shoes. The impressive kitchen/diner has masses of space for a pet bed, with cooking facilities including a range-style cooker and a wine cooler. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, or gather around the large table for a celebratory meal together. The ground floor is home to a utility room with laundry facilities, while on the second floor you’ll find a light-filled lounge with a Smart TV and ample soft seating. There’s also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on this level. On the third floor you’ll find another double with en suite, a king-size bedroom and a Jack-and-Jill shower room. The top floor houses a double bedroom, a single room with a trundle bed, and a family bathroom, all tucked under the sloping ceilings of the eaves. For morning coffees and sunset tipples, head to the raised, decked balcony (stepping over the high threshold) at the rear. Private parking for three cars is included.
