Lounge in the hot tub at this romantic Devonshire apartment while your contented canine explores the enclosed, lawned garden. Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom holiday home sits within an elegant period house at Clyst Honiton, 5.5 miles from the centre of Exeter. Enjoy scenic coastal and countryside walks together, then return to relax in comfort.

Wander inside the impressive property and head up to the first floor via the stairs or stairlift to your private, dog-friendly accommodation. Follow furry feet down the hall to the kitchen/diner to unpack the puppy treats you have bought and to start preparing his dinner and yours. There is a table in here too, where you and your loved one can enjoy breakfast together. For more formal meals, pop open a bottle of wine and set the plates out in the lounge/diner. There is also ample space in here for your contented canine to stretch out on the soft carpet while you cuddle up on the soft sofas in front of the Smart TV. As the day draws to a close, pat your four-pawed pal goodnight and wander through to the bedroom. Your bedroom is a super-king-size, but it can also be set up as a twin if discussed in advance, and there is a shower room close by. Watch your happy hound bound about the garden, while you sip coffee at the table, fire up the hot tub or sizzle supper on the BBQ. There is private, off-road parking for two cars.

Venture 12 miles down to the coast at Budleigh Salterton, where dogs are welcome on part of the beach all year round. Pick up the South West Coast Path here and follow it together for a stretch. Picturesque Dartmoor National Park, with its many dog walks, is just 15.5 miles away.

Great place to relax and unwind. Some handy walks over field nearby to walk the dog. Excellent quality and beautifully kept apartment. Owners friendly and on hand if needed. Would definitely consider staying here again in future

A beautiful property with everything you could need for your stay away from home. It was quiet yet convenient for so many places in and around Exeter. Two very congenial hosts who were available by text or phone if there were any queries or problems. There is a stairlift as shown in the photographs but if this is the only way you can access an upstRead moreairs apartment, I wouldnt rely on it. However if you are able bodied, this is one property to be recommended. Hide

Very good self catering flat. Nicely decorated and furnished with enclosed garden, patio and a hot tub. Lovely and thoughtful welcome pack. Only a couple of planes a day flew over from the airport, not really a problem. Good road links to other parts of Devon.

Lovely place, yes the planes flew over at times but we enjoyed seeing them, and it wasn't that noisy, our Grandson loved the pictures we sent of them, the garden was great as we could let the dogs out safely. We had a lovely welcome pack.
