Discover dog-friendly Cromer with your canine companions when you book this spacious townhouse just steps from the sand. Ideal for eight guests and two furry friends, it’s great for seaside walks, woodland trails and beach sunsets, all with your four-legged explorer by your side.

This bright and airy terraced house is set on a pedestrian walkway in an elevated position. Glazed double doors lead straight into the light-filled lounge, where an array of seating surrounds a wood burner and a Smart TV – a tranquil space for relaxing with your pups by your feet. Step through to the pretty kitchen/diner, which has laundry facilities and space for a pet bed on the floor. Everything you’ll need for whipping up holiday meals is provided, and there’s a long dining table with bench seating where you can enjoy sociable meals. When you’re ready for bed, settle your hounds and take the stairs to the first floor, where there’s an airy double bedroom with sea views, a single, and a family bathroom. Cottage-style stairs lead up to the top floor, where you’ll find another double bedroom, a shower room (with one high step into the shower), and a single room that leads to a bunk bedroom, perfect for little ones. A small, enclosed seating area at the front provides a spot for morning coffee. Nearby parking is available in the pay-and-display car park.

For playing chase and running in the surf, Cromer Beach welcomes dogs from October to April, while you can walk along the iconic Victorian pier all year round, hike along the coast path or take them on the Happy Valley walk, 1.5 miles, with gorgeous views from the top of the cliffs. The National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall is just 3 miles, offering 520 acres of woods and trails to sniff along.

A beautifully furnished seaside house in a fabulous location. Really comfy beds and hot showers. Cromer is a fun town in all weathers.

Gorgeous location but a very grubby and tired house in need of some love. Skirting boards were thick with dust, cobwebs floating about, a lot of the kitchen crockery was stained, dirty and/or chipped. Welcome basket was a nice touch but we'd have rather had some basic essentials such as hand soap, kitchen bin liner, foil, kitchen roll than fancy cRead morerisps and biscuits! Thick lovely towels. Nice bedding. Hide

The property is an excellent location. However on arrival the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Cob webs and furniture in the Lounge that is stained and the level of grime in the kitchen particularly around the cupboards and drawers was not pleasant. It forced us to go and buy cleaning products. The property is in need of a deep clean and Read morewe did not feel comfortable during our stay. It was disappointing that flagging the issues along with photos emailed to Holiday Cottages as requested by them, that nobody has had the courtesy to come back to us. The offer over the phone by them pre photos being sent, was to have some local cleaners come in and clean while we were there. A surface clean would not have resolved these issues, we did explain this and declined their offer.
