Make memories to last forever when you take Rover with you on holiday to North Norfolk. This charming, two-bedroom period cottage, which sleeps four guests, in Cromer is a paws-down winner for pups who love the sea. Set at the heart of the Victorian coastal town, it makes a great base for walking the Norfolk Coast Path and racing across dog-friendly beaches.

Dust down sandy paws and make your way inside via the hall. Head into the lovely lounge/diner, where you can recline on the elegant sofa while Rover enjoys the thick rug. Switch on the wood burner-effect electric fire in here after bracing autumnal walks and choose a book or game from the shelves upstairs or down. There is also a Smart TV. The country-style kitchen is both attractive and practical, with plenty of space for Rover to dine at floor level while you rustle up mouth-watering dishes with the Norfolk produce you have shopped for in town. Sit down to your own meal in the main living area. As the sun sets over Norfolk, pat your pal goodnight and climb the stairs to the delightful bedrooms, a king-size and a double. The family bathroom, with both a shower and a bath, is also here. There is no outside space with this cottage but verdant Warren Wood, a 0.5-mile walk, is a great place to exercise pups. Parking is on the street, subject to availability.

Pick up the Norfolk Coast Path in Warren Woods and strike out along the cliffs with Rover. Take him to the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles away, where there are acres of mature estate to explore. East Runton Beach, 0.5 miles away, is dog friendly all year round. The great expanses of spectacular Holkham Beach, 24.5 miles away, make a great day out.

Lovely period property located minutes from the town. Beautifully furnished. Easy access to the town, chippers, walks. Playgrounds for kids closeby. Check in / check out was very easy. Kitchen fully quipped with everything youd need. We had a perfect stay.

Nice property in a good location - quiet road whilst we were there. It was comfortable, well equipped and everything worked. The welcome pack was appreciated. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, pubs, etc. in a few minutes. I'd prefer carpets to rugs, but I suppose that is a personal preference.

Fantastic location right in the heart of beautiful Cromer. Parking wasnt an issue and spaces were available on neighbouring streets. Excellent communication with the hosts before our holiday and when we needed help with WiFi (all solved no problem). Beds were super comfy and kitchen was lovely.

Great location and a very nice house but a strong smell of stale smoke through the house that wasnt pleasant and didnt dissipate during our stay.
