The open-plan interior is covered with warm timber cladding, with rustic charm in abundance and lovely views of the surrounding 2.5 acres of farmland. A sofa for snuggling and a Smart TV give you the option of a quiet evening at home, and there's a compact kitchen area where you can whip up simple meals using the oven and two-ring hob. For romantic suppers, linger at the dining table for two, and when you're ready for a good night's sleep, the double bed is tucked away at the far end of the space. There's also a refreshing en-suite shower room with WC. Relish the views from the deck as you relax in the camping chairs or sit at the picnic table in the field below and enjoy a sundowner or an al fresco meal. Parking is provided at the entrance to the site.
From the village of Four Lanes, you can stroll 1 mile with your four-pawed chums to walk at the Great Flat Lode, taking you past farmland, heathland and fascinating former mining sites. Head to the coast at Porthleven, 10.5 miles, for a selection of great places to eat and a beach that welcomes dogs (other than daytimes in July and August), or walk around Loe Pool, 11 miles away, the largest natural freshwater lake in Cornwall.
