With a generous decked area, the four-bedroom, three-storey cottage is 3.5 miles from Dartmouth. Sleeping eight guests, it makes a great holiday hideaway for larger parties who are eager to bring a pet.
Step inside and your first stop will be the stylish and comfortable lounge/diner. Settle down in the lovely lounge area where your pup pal can rest paws on the rug while you sink back into a sofa. Find a film on the Smart TV or set up a board game. Open the doors to the patio at the dining room end of the space on fine, summery days. The chic galley kitchen adjoins the room and is equipped with everything you will need to help you cater for your party. A handy WC and a useful utility room are also downstairs. Settle the dog downstairs for the night, then climb the stairs to your bedrooms and bathrooms. Two king-sizes, one with a TV, dressing area and en-suite shower room, are on the first floor, together with the family bathroom. A twin bedroom and a super-king-size with zip-and-link beds that can also be arranged as a twin are on the floor above, together with a WC. Outside on the lovely deck, you can cook on the BBQ and dine as the sun goes down. There is private parking for one car.
Stroll 0.5 miles down to Sugary Cove, where your dog can splash in the waves to his heart’s content. Slapton Sands, 6 miles away, and the nature reserve behind the beach are also dog friendly.
