Let your four-pawed pal feel like top dog with a stay at this grand country estate - a destination of sweeping gardens, endless grounds to explore, and pet-approved comfort indoors when the night draws in. Set on the edge of the Cromarty Firth, with sea views from almost every room, you’ll be perfectly placed for letting Fido sniff out scenic routes along the pretty pathways of the Scottish Highlands, ready to unlock new adventures each day. The property accommodates up to 17 guests and two dogs, making it an ideal choice for extended families or large groups of friends - pets included, of course.

This breathtaking property has been lovingly updated with elegant finishing touches and fetching décor throughout. There are plenty of spaces to unwind across the ground and first floors, including two lounge areas, a large kitchen/diner and an upstairs games room. You’ll hear the patter of paws as Fido and Rover make their rounds, checking in on every member of the pack before curling up by the warmth of the wood burner, satisfied with their findings. When bedtime calls, leave sleeping dogs to lie as you head upstairs to find five en-suite bedrooms and three further bedrooms dotted throughout the first floor. Outside, you’ll discover extensive grounds complete with lawns, a fire pit, a driving range and a football field, along with ample private parking. Just be sure to keep an eye on pets and children near the unfenced, interlinked ponds.

Take a 3-mile trek along the banks of the firth to reach Invergordon, a charming port town with a rich maritime history and an endearing arts scene. For scenic walks and wildlife encounters, explore the mudflats and shoreline of The Sands of Nigg (2 miles), head to Balintore (10 miles) to admire the Mermaid of the North, or venture to Portmahomack (14.5 miles) to gaze out across the Dornoch Firth in search of dolphins.

A truly amazing house with large bedroom sizes, great facilities and equipment provided. The garden is fantastic and the location is picturesque and quiet yet easy to drive to. The welcome basket was very generous and was large enough to split between our large group of 14. The property caretaker was friendly and professional.
