Expect wagging tails and wet noses on arrival, with parking right beside the property and a generous outdoor space to enjoy. Although unenclosed, the pretty patio is a great spot for Rover to roam while you keep a watchful eye from the spacious seating area or the warmth of the hot tub. Inside, the open-plan layout combines the lounge, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom, with an en-suite shower room just next door. There's ample room for slow mornings and restful nights with Rover close at paw, whether that's relaxing on the sofa bed or settling into the cosy double bed with the Smart TV on.
Pop Fido on the lead, pack some doggie treats, and set off exploring. Stroll around the well-stocked fishing lakes on site before heading out further afield, perhaps to the local market town of Market Deeping (3.5 miles). On the town's edge, Deeping Lakes Nature Reserve (6.5 miles) offers another superb walking spot, brimming with wildlife that your dog will love to sniff out. Another local market town is Stamford (10 miles), home to Burghley House (10.5 miles) with a vast swathe of parkland for pets to explore.
