Set all on one level, this charming property combines traditional red roof tiles and black weatherboarding for classic appeal. Welcoming three guests and up to two four-pawed pals, it's an ideal choice for pup-loving packs, from couples to small families. Less than 1 mile away, the village of Fressingfield offers a general store for essentials and a country pub - the perfect place for a refreshing drink after a long, rewarding walk.

Puppy-approved, this attractive retreat is warm, welcoming and ever-comfortable. Let Fido lead the way straight into the open-plan living space, where the lounge, kitchen and diner are neatly arranged as one. Slow mornings and restful evenings can be enjoyed here, with French doors opening directly onto the large, enclosed garden - ideal for giving Rover free rein. A table and chairs offer a sunny spot for al fresco dining or morning coffee. Back inside, two serene bedrooms - a double and a single - accompany a refreshing shower room, all conveniently on the ground floor. Private parking for two cars completes the package.
