At the heart of the house is a generous, open-plan living area. Whether you're cooking up a storm in the kitchen, savouring a long lunch at the dining table, or relaxing on the sofa in front of the Smart TV, there's room for the whole pack. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning views of the surrounding hills, and French doors lead directly into the enclosed garden. Upstairs, you'll find two more beautifully appointed bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. One features a sleek en-suite shower room, while the other boasts an en-suite bathroom. Outside, the garden offers plenty of space for zoomies on the lawn, plus a sunken trampoline to keep younger family members entertained. There’s also a bubbling hot tub, a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining, and a patio area. Optional extras such as farm tours and on-site spa treatments can be booked with the friendly owners. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars.

2 miles away, the small town of Newburgh has all the essentials, plus the chance to explore the fascinating Lindores Abbey Distillery (well-behaved pooches welcome in the grounds). History hounds will enjoy a trip to nearby Falkland Palace (8 miles), where the surrounding grounds and village trails are perfect for four-pawed exploration.

Lovely, relaxing birthday holiday. Great location, plenty of room and lots of facilities - big hot tub, secure garden - perfect for the whole family.

A stunning location and very private garden with views to die for. We had blue skies which made the weekend. Soft furnishings were very nice and comfortable beds. Really couldnt fault it and would re-book.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindores Lodge. The house is perfect and situated in the most beautiful spot. The dogs loved the fully enclosed garden and we loved walking them in the surrounding grounds. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need and it was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend it and would definitely loveRead more to return in the future. Hide
