The stylish home is set on a working farm, alongside one other holiday retreat. Inside, leave muddy boots and dog leads in the entrance hall, before heading through to the kitchen/diner. Whip up feasts for the group in the sleek kitchen and come together for mealtimes at the dining table, which has a mix of chairs and bench-style seating. Down a few steps are two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs, in the eaves, is the remaining king-size bedroom complete with a free-standing, bijou bath (the room also has an en-suite WC). Please note, this bedroom has characterful sloping ceilings, and you may experience restricted head height. The first floor is also home to a cosy lounge with a corner sofa and a Smart TV. Outside, an enclosed, Mediterranean-style courtyard garden is shared with the neighbouring property. Here, you’ll find a choice of seating areas, along with a BBQ. Private parking is available at the property.
The idyllic medieval village of Rye is just 3 miles away and is a must for the holiday itinerary. Spend time ambling along the cobbled streets, popping into the boutiques and artisan shops, before refuelling in one of the many paw-friendly cafes. Alternatively, journey into the historic market town of Tenterden (8.5 miles), where you’ll find a great range of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants. For a day at the seaside, journey to Camber Sands (7 miles), where Rover can scamper along the 5-mile beach and play in the dunes.
