Please note, due to the period of the property, you may experience restricted head height in some areas. Head out of your front door to explore the photogenic village of Dedham, with its fabulous Georgian architecture and timber-framed buildings. The cute high street is lined with independent shops, many of which welcome waggy-tailed visitors, and you’ll find several cosy pubs and tearooms within the village. For history enthusiasts, a trip to the Anglo-Saxon burial site of Sutton Hoo (24.5 miles) is a must. Other popular day trips include the riverside town of Mistley (5 miles) and the maritime town of Ipswich (11.5 miles).
