Perfect for any dog-adoring family, this merry cottage is happy to host a group of five guests and two canine companions in the coastal town of Broadstairs. There are all sorts of adventures to be discovered close by in a location that’s ideally suited to packs hoping to explore the Kent coast and countryside. Whether you’re travelling to ever-popular towns dotted along the coastline or jumping in the car for a day of walkies in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), we’re sure that a stay here will offer both pups and people a brand-new leash of life.

With stripped wooden floorboards and pretty bay windows, the characterful nature of this three-bedroom property really does shine through. The whole pack, man and dog alike, will find somewhere cosy to curl up in the lounge. Sink into a sofa or armchair and let Fido curl up at your feet with the TV on for an enjoyable night in. In warmer weather, you’ll be pleased to find that there’s an entirely enclosed patio at the back of the property. Leave the kitchen door wide open to allow your doggo the freedom to sniff around and make use of the BBQ and outdoor dining set for an evening alfresco.

There are so many beautiful bays to be discovered around Broadstairs, including the marvellous Dumpton Gap (1 mile) which is dog-friendly all year round. Set off for enjoyable walkies along the coastline, perhaps wandering along the beach to neighbouring Ramsgate (2 miles) or up to appreciate the towering white cliffs along the Botany Bay Beach Walking Trail (3 miles). For those dogs who don’t suffer from car sickness, a short trip leads to the Kent Downs AONB (17 miles) where you’ll find a never-ending supply of routes for remarkable walks.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Broadstairs. The cottage was in a great location near to the station and just off the High Street. It was very clean and comfortable and definitely recommend it to others.

The cottage was very close to restaurants, bars, the beach and we didnt have far to travel to visit sights. Very well equipped and quiet. We enjoyed it a lot.
