Really nice property, good location (you soon get used to narrow Cornish lanes) and the garden was lovely. My only negative was I hadn't realised the proximity of the other property and acoustics meant we heard a lot of what was happening upstairs. Maybe this could be advertised as a downstairs apartment with garden.

This is a most wonderful property and garden. We were greeted with an amazing welcome pack and attention to small details was excellent. It was very homely and clean. I must commend the flat sheet hospital corners on the top quality bed sheets, another detail that was appreciated. The local contact was extremely friendly and helpful.
