Bring Rex with you when you explore the rolling Yorkshire Wolds. Set on the first floor of a cottage in Middleton-on-the-Wolds, this one-bedroom bolthole sleeps two guests and is perfect for couples with a pet. Situated 9 miles from Beverley, it comes with a courtyard where you can rest tired feet and paws in the fresh air after your exhilarating days out and where you can soak in a hot tub from Saturday to Thursday.

Open the door and climb the stairs with Rex hard on your heels. Discover bright, welcoming accommodation with a fresh, cottage-style appeal. Make yourselves at home in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where Rex can loll about on the carpet as you busy yourselves in the kitchen, dishing up his food, cooking your own delicious dinner and pulling a chilled bottle from the fridge. Dine at the breakfast bar in the peninsula as he finds himself a quiet corner in which to daydream about his adventures. Watch TV, read your books or make plans for the next fun-filled day. Head through to your lovely bedroom. Here you will find rustic furniture, including a comfortable double bed and generous wardrobe. Refresh yourselves in the en-suite bathroom in the morning, take Rex for a country stroll, then return to have breakfast together out in the summer sunshine on warm days. Cook dinner on the BBQ here too on fine evenings as Rex relaxes under the stars. There is parking for one car.

Follow a section of the Yorkshire Wolds Way together. This runs between Hessle to Filey, for just under 80 miles, and can be picked up within 10 miles of the holiday home. The Howardian Hills, 24 miles away, also make a great day out if Rex is eager to unleash lots of energy.

A lovely homely apartment with the luxury of a jacuzzi next door. Off street parking and a pub 5 minutes away. I dare anyone to eat the Calzone Pizza from the takeaway in one go!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! Very clean, tidy and welcoming. It is just along the road from a nice little pub which did lovely food so that was a bonus and its in a good location for taking day trips to some other towns. We took a trip to Beverly which was a lovely place with good shops and to Bridlington for the lovely stretch of beRead moreach. The only thing we struggled a little bit with is the size of the cottage, its a small space which wasnt so practical for us as we brought along our greyhound who is on the larger side however, it was very cosy feeling and we did navigate the space okay so not a massive issue at all but worth mentioning incase anyone is thinking of bringing along a larger dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which was in a completely enclosed area and not overlooked by any of the neighbours windows so it felt very private and relaxing. We also arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits which was a nice touch (we dont drink wine so did leave this for the next guests but the biscuits were definitely enjoyed) The owners were lovely when we messaged them and are around if needed which was great to know! Overall, it was a lovely few nights away and definitely recommend this cottage :) Hide
