This seaside bolthole enjoys a quiet, cul-de-sac location in the idyllic village of Kinmel Bay. The bungalow, which has an open-plan layout and an enclosed garden, welcomes four humans and up to four waggy-tailed pals (as well as other pets!), allowing the whole family to enjoy a coastal getaway in North Wales. For shopping and eating out, the bustling coastal town of Rhyl is less than 2 miles away.
The bungalow offers a warm and friendly welcome, with a charming seaside theme running throughout the property. At the heart of the home is a cosy lounge/diner that’s bursting with creature comforts to make your stay as relaxed as possible. Stretch out on one of the plump sofas to watch the Smart TV, whilst the pack warm their paws by the wood burner-effect electric fire, and gather for evening meals at the large, wooden dining table. This room is also equipped with dog beds and a crate (on request), should you need them, and you’ll find towels and bowls for your furry friends, too. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-catering getaway. The bungalow has two inviting bedrooms – a double and a twin – with pretty, floral fabrics and plenty of storage for all your holiday attire. A refreshing family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside, via French doors from the dining area, three steps lead down to the decked, enclosed garden. Unwind on the seats in this sunny spot, sipping a glass of wine as the pups play. There’s also a bench at the front of the bungalow – ideal for a morning coffee. Private parking is available for one car on the drive, with an additional space in front of the property.
Kinmel Bay is a delightful seaside village with a long, sandy beach and a handful of paw-friendly, independent shops and eateries. Spend the day on the woof-welcoming beach, sharing a picnic or joining the local water sports enthusiasts in the sea. A promenade runs behind the beach, and you and the hounds can follow it for a scenic stroll to Prestatyn or Rhos on Sea. Alternatively, enjoy an on-lead potter through Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve. From the cottage, it’s easy to take a day trip to Llandudno, Conwy, or Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), all within 15 miles.
